The candidate who will be representing All Progressives Congress, (APC), at the Ijebu-North, Ijebu-East, Ijebu-Waterside Federal Constituency elections next year, Honourable Joesph Adegbesan, yesterday, visited Ojowo Community, Ijebu-Igbo where he held residents of the community in a town hall meeting.
While speaking with the residents, Adegbesan urged those present, to cast their votes for all APC candidates across the nation.
Adegbesan explained that it was important for every APC candidate to emerge victorious so as to foster development from top to bottom.
He noted that it was important that all the Ijebu people enjoyed the dividends of democracy because everyone who invests in the electoral processes and the eventual victory of all candidates in the coming elections.
During the meeting, Hon Adegbesan was informed of some indigent students who needed to pay their fees. To the surprise of the residents, he promised to pay part of the fees. Adegbesan also promised to pay for the cost of repairing the solar panel in the community.
As regards the elections, Hon Adegbesan advised potential voters to go and collect their PVCs at Japara Ojowo, in order to prepare for the elections. Adegbesan prayed that God guides the voters as they work towards the development of Ogun State.
